By selecting "I Agree" during account registration, the Clinic confirms that it:
- Has read and understood this Agreement
- Agrees to the Terms of Service
- Accepts the Privacy Policy
- Agrees to the Data Processing and Health Information Protection terms
- Has authority to bind the organization to this Agreement
By selecting "I Agree" during MyHealth account registration, the Patient (or their authorized parent, guardian, or caregiver) confirms that they have read and understood this Agreement, agree to the Terms of Service, accept the Privacy Policy, and agree to the Personal Data Protection Agreement terms described above.
